I am obsessed with Lauren Daigles voice and I can’t get enough of You Say. I bought this without listening to it because I thought I would love it as much. Sadly, it’s probably my least favorite Christmas album. I don’t care for the jazz band with every single song. There’s a trumpet solo in one of the songs that is so off the rest of the song that it reminds me of an elementary band. I’m sorry to say that. The other thing I don’t like is that the tempo of all the songs are sooooo slow. Still love her voice but I’ll definitely preview before buying next time.
Amazing Christmas Concert Album
Lauren Daigle is an amazing artist and reflection of Christ’s love. This album is a wonderful combination of Christmas and jazz!
If you’re looking for the perfect, peaceful Christmas album then this is it. Always love Lauren Daigle. 10/10 recommend.
I’ve always hoped Lauren Daigle would put out a Christmas album!
I have long been a fan of Lauren. This album is so good. She didn’t mess with any of the songs to make them unrecognizable but each song, she puts her own touch in to make it so easy to listen to. I truly love this and put this on and just stare at the Christmas tree to zone out and de-stress.
Such soulful talent! A cross between Adele and Amy Winehouse. Follow Lauren on Instagram and there’s no way you won’t be able to fall in love with this Christian angel... a refreshing light to the world. Thank you, Lauren! Proud you’re doing your thing with God’s glory!
You’re passing judgement on somebody you don’t even know. In the interview she was asked a question concerning homosexuality. She loves her homosexual friends. So why would she pass judgement on them in a public forum? Maybe she was dodging the question. Only she knows. Remove that log from your eye. You might see more clearly. It just may be that your heart needs an adjustment.
I absolutely love every single song on the album.
She sort of sounds like a watered down Adele to me. It sounds like good hotel lobby or elevator music though.
